How to Submit and Publish Products in the Woomen Theme

Follow these steps to add a new product to your store:

Go to Your Dashboard

  • From your WordPress Dashboard, navigate to:
    Products > Add New

Fill in Basic Product Information

  • Product Name → Enter the product title (e.g., Blue Cotton T-Shirt).

  • Product Description → Add detailed information about the product (features, materials, usage, etc.).

    • You can also include images, videos, or formatted text using the editor.

Set Product Type

In the Product Data panel, you’ll choose what type of product you are adding:

  • Simple Product → A product with no variations (e.g., Leather Handbag).

  • Variable Product → A product that comes in multiple options (e.g., T-Shirt with Size & Color variations).

For Variable Products, you’ll need to set Attributes (like Size, Color) and then create Variations for each option.


Pricing

  • In the General tab under Product Data:

    • Regular Price → Enter the standard product price.

    • Sale Price → (Optional) Enter a discounted price and schedule sale dates.

Add Product Images

  • Product Image → Upload the main image of the product.

  • Product Gallery → Add additional images to show different angles, colors, or details.

Assign Categories, Tags & Brands

  • Product Categories → Select the relevant category (e.g., Clothing > Dresses).

  • Product Tags → Add tags like Summer, Casual, Cotton.

  • Brands → Select a brand or create a new one.

Short Description

  • Add a short description that appears next to the product image on the product page.

                                                   Publish the Product
